Hello everyone. This is Luna the Hamster. I need to tell you all about some fantastic food from the CareFresh company. This food is so yummy my nose keeps twitching. I love that theres lots of diffrent tastes in it. In fact all the ingredients are as follows..

You see us hamsters need lots of viriaity in our diet. My favorite part of this mix happnes to be the sunflower seads and the little crunchy bits.

The crunchy bits help keep our teeth nice and short. See hamster teeth grow our whole lives and we need hard things to make them nice and short.

As good as this food is sometimes its good to give us a bit of carrot or apple. Things like that make perfect treats and they are oh so healthy. Since I have started on this food in late December 2015 I have felt so very much better. It has given me more energy to run on my wheel in my ball and to play with my girl. This stuff is hamtastic.

Now as for feeding. We need about 2 tablespoons a day. This bag has two pounds in it so that will last a very long time for one hamster.

In addition to this diet be sure that you give nice fun things like hay. Carefresh makes a wonderful bag that makes it easy to give hay to us.

We also need fresh water every single day so we can stay healthy.


After diet you need to make sure that you keep our bedding nice and clean. This is where Carefresh strikes again. With this company you can't go wrong.
