Hey its time for Hay.

It's Luna again. I need to tell you about my bag of CareFresh Hay. Now there's not much you can say about hay except its nice and tasty.

Hay is an excellent source of minerals and fiber. It is a staple component of the diet of lots of animals. Horses, rabbits, Gueinea Pigs. It helps fulfill a lot of our nutritional needs. It helps maintain a nice healthy digestive tract, keeps our weight nice and stable. It also helps take care of our teeth.  While it is not a necessity for a hamster it is a nice supplement to help boost the nutritional power of our food when given a few times a week.

I happen to like mine in a old toilet paper roll. It turns it into  a snack and a toy all in one. Talk about doing double duty.

Did you know that sometimes you can even use hay as a bedding. Who knew that you could sleep in your snack?

I really love the CareFresh hay because it's super easy to use. Just reach into the bag, pull out a bit. Put it in your pen and you are good to go.

I love when a good plan comes together.
